Janina is here to curate bespoke wine lists for restaurants, bars and hotels. She is available to give staff training and offer ongoing support with list maintenance. Her services can be adapted for the indies or as a personal service for private clients.
With 15 years’ experience in the wine trade, spending much of this writing the lists for Beast Restaurant as Head Sommelier and working amongst the Goodman group, she has worked a harvest in Chile and has spent the last few years as the Ambassador for Balfour winery. Qualified to WSET Diploma level she is happy to share her experience with you and take some of the stress out of creating a diverse, fun and interesting list or stock those shelves with a library of inspiring story wines.
